Through the Islam Solidário project, the organization helps people who live in needy communities. On weekends full of activities, thousands of people are assisted by the project that sets up a large structure on the streets, with tents to provide assistance in the areas of health, social assistance, beauty and culture.

Per edition, the project performs more than 20,000 medical and laboratory tests (exams for hypertension, diabetes, cholesterol, mammography and eye exams with free distribution of glasses), consultations for nutritional guidance and dental care.

The action takes place with the support of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Humanitarian & Charity Foundation, the Embassy and Consulate of the United Arab Emirates and the Government. The partnership for the realization of services is carried out with Colégio 24 de Março, which offers courses in the health area.
